Spring Rates are here and are the lowest rates ever! Hello and thank you for your interest in our home. Effective immediately and through end of May rates are just $375 per night, three night minimum. When I last checked Heavenly Ski Resort has plans to be open until late April so late skiing deal here is possible! The minimum stay is 3 nights, except possibly when late notice availability (within 7 days), or you see a two night gap between booked reservations. Other fees with any stay include a $200 cleaning fee and local taxes of 10% (required on any legal vacation rental in the area). A refundable $500 security deposit is taken when booked.

An additional discount rate will be discussed if you are planning to stay 7 or more nights. Just ask me for a deal! Always simply tell us exactly which nights you would like and we will give you a quote. Our Calendar fills fast so plan ahead now!

April and May rates are a great times to enjoy Tahoe with less crowds and comfortable weather for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. Bargain time for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or just a really exceptional get away. Escape!

SUMMER RATES: will be $450 per night with 5 night minimum and same fees as above, plus same discounts for longer stays or late notice bookings. Exception to a 5 night stay is possible either by a shorter gap between two reservations on the calendar (which there will be) or other prearranged deal: Just ask! Please note if you want your dates for certain book ahead. Last Winter dates filled in 90%.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR WEEKS: These two weeks will rent at $900 per night, discount if 7 nights, plan ahead due to extreme demand!

How to Make a Reservation

Feel free to ask anything in an email and I'll need to enter into our standard contract will be exactly which nights and how many guests (up to 10 limit, same price) are staying. I'll email the contract (Word format) for you to review, no commitment. When you've read and signed the contract you'll return it by fax to the number given. Please note that very often people request overlapping or same dates and are in some stage of reading over the contract or organizing their group so I resolve all such conflicts with one simple rule: first to pay is first to get reservation confirmed! In other words, very often and unfortunately he (or she) who hesitates is lost. On the other hand also be certain before committing since cancellations may not be refundable as per contract.
